Grazing Stations

Our Grazing Stations are the perfect way to elevate your event with a visually stunning and delicious spread that invites your guests to mingle and savor every bite. These stations are set up prior to your event, with no on-site staffing required. After the event, we’ll return—often the next morning—to collect our supplies.

We provide everything you’ll need: plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving utensils. Each item is beautifully labeled to accommodate allergies and food preferences, ensuring all your guests feel welcome. Want to add a touch of elegance? For an additional fee, we can create a custom tablescape to match your chosen style and colors.

Here are our Grazing Station options:

  • Bread & Butter Board (starting at $20* per guest): Homemade whipped butter paired with a selection of freshly baked bread for a simple yet indulgent start.

  • Charcuterie Grazing Station (starting at $50* per guest): A savory selection of cured and smoked local meats, carpaccio, pâtés, housemade pickles, preserves, chutneys, fruits, nuts, bread, and crackers.

  • Cheese Grazing Station (starting at $50* per guest): Local and Canadian cheeses, housemade cheese truffles, whipped feta, pickles, preserves, chutneys, fruits, nuts, bread, and crackers.

  • Meat & Cheese Grazing Station (starting at $50* per guest): A harmonious combination of cured meats and artisanal cheeses, accompanied by pickles, chutneys, fruits, nuts, bread, and crackers.

  • Veggie Grazing Station (starting at $35* per guest): Seasonal dips, boryani, terrine, carpaccio, stuffed grape leaves, crudités, pickles, preserves, chutneys, fruits, nuts, bread, and crackers.

  • Seafood Grazing Station (starting at $60* per guest): Hot and cold smoked salmon, prawns, pâté, lobster tails, and housemade sauces like tartar, Marie Rose, and dill mousse, with capers, pickles, lemon, bread, and crackers.

  • Breakfast Grazing Station (starting at $40* per guest): Morning favorites like pastries, bagels, preserves, fresh fruit, waffles, syrups, spreads, smoked salmon, cream cheese, and pickles.

  • Dessert Grazing Station (starting at $35* per guest): Sweet treats like chocolate mousse, mini crème brûlée, lemon possets, Eton mess, truffles, and cake with fresh berries and whipped cream.

Custom Add-Ons
For an additional fee, we can create a bespoke tablescape with decor to match your event’s style and colors, adding an extra layer of beauty to your grazing station.

Plated Sit-Down Dinners

For a truly elegant dining experience, our plated sit-down dinners are perfect for creating a sophisticated atmosphere. This option allows your guests to enjoy a beautifully presented multi-course meal, designed to impress and delight.

Please note that this option is highly dependent on the facilities available at your venue. We will require the full use of a commercial kitchen to execute a plated meal to our standards. 

Our plated menus start at $75* per guest for a 3-course meal, with 6-course options starting at $95* per guest. Below are sample menus to spark inspiration, but we welcome bespoke requests and will work with you to design a menu that perfectly fits your event.

Sample 3-Course Menu (Starting at $75* per guest)

Starter:

  • Seasonal soup (e.g., roasted butternut squash with spiced crème fraîche)
    OR

  • Fresh salad (e.g., heirloom tomato and burrata salad with basil oil and balsamic glaze)

Main Course:

  • Pan-seared chicken supreme with wild mushroom risotto, seasonal vegetables, and thyme jus
    OR

  • Nova Scotia haddock with herb-crusted potatoes, lemon beurre blanc, and roasted asparagus

Dessert:

  • Lemon posset with fresh berries and shortbread crumble
    OR

  • Rich chocolate mousse with a salted caramel drizzle

Sample 6-Course Menu (Starting at $95* per guest)

Bread Service:

  • Freshly baked artisan bread with housemade whipped butter.

Amuse Bouche:

  • Mini smoked salmon tartlet with dill mousse.

Starter:

  • Roasted beet and chèvre salad with candied pecans and maple vinaigrette.

Main Course:

  • Herb-crusted lamb with roasted root vegetables, truffle mashed potatoes, and rosemary jus.

Dessert:

  • Mini crème brûlée paired with a chocolate truffle.

Petit Fours & Coffee Service:

  • A selection of bite-sized confections served with freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Hot & Cold Canapés

Our beautifully crafted canapés are perfect for mingling events, offering your guests elegant, bite-sized creations that are as delightful to look at as they are to eat. Each canapé is priced individually, starting at $4*, and we recommend offering 4-6 canapés per guest for a balanced selection.

  • Pickled Watermelon, Marinated Feta, & Mint—a refreshing burst of flavor.

  • Seared Tuna with wasabi mayo on a crispy rice cube.

  • Whipped Cheddar with honey and chive on toasted brioche.

  • Confit Prawn with lime mayo and sriracha.

  • Spinach & Feta Phyllo Cups—a timeless favorite.

Family-Style Dinners

Warm, inviting, and perfect for fostering connection, our family-style dinners are a beautiful way to create a relaxed yet elegant dining experience. This option encourages your guests to share and enjoy a variety of dishes served in generous platters to each table, offering the charm of communal dining with the refinement of a catered meal.

Our family-style dinners start at $60* per guest and include a carefully curated selection of seasonal dishes. The exact menu can be customized to align with your event and dietary preferences. 

Please note that, as with plated dinners, we require access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen to execute this option.

Bread Service

  • Freshly baked artisan bread served with housemade whipped butter and local preserves.

Salad Course

  • Heirloom Tomato & Cucumber Salad with fresh herbs, feta, and a lemon vinaigrette.

  • Mixed Greens Salad with strawberries, toasted almonds, goat cheese, and a maple balsamic dressing.

Main Courses

  • Herb-Crusted Haddock with a lemon-dill beurre blanc.

  • Honey-Glazed Roast Chicken with fresh thyme and garlic.

  • Grilled Vegetable Medley featuring zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and seasonal greens.

Side Dishes

  • Herb-Roasted New Potatoes with sea salt and olive oil.

  • Summer Succotash with corn, lima beans, and local tomatoes.
